Last day to eat whatever I want-Liquid diet startrs tomorrow!

Hello everyone, I feel like i am in the home stretch now. Can't believe I am anxoius to start on a liquid diet. I had waffles for breakfast this morning, protien drink for lunch and I plan to have fried chicken tonight, Have to say goodbye to an old friends(food). Tomorrow is a brand new day, day one of my new life!!!!!! Have been getting my house in shape,and some unfinished prodjects finished. I still have to cook Christmas dinner but since I have had 64 xmas dinners it won't hurt me to miss one. Dec. 27th will be here before I know it. Have a great day everyone, I am. Glenda

Glenda, I believe I'm having my surgery on 12/27 too. Isn't it just great. I don't mind at all missing Christmas dinner. I feel exactly like you, I've had lots of them. Hugs, love and I'll be praying for you. Lana

Maybe we will meet while walking in the hall, I am supposed to call the day before surgery to find out what time to be there, I guess you will too. send me an email that night and let me know and I will you. what kind of protien drins did you get? I bought some protien powder unflavored at wall mart and some Isopure at GNC. Glenda

Hi Jan, No I don't think I do, I will be in at same time as Lana, we both have DR. Edwards, both of us the 27th. I will get on line as soon as I feel I can. I am being optimistic and looking forward to a quick recovery. Glenda
