Join in with us.  IT'S EASY!!  Just add what you ate/drank YESTERDAY..... HERE.... Each Day we'll be able to be accountible for what we put in our mouth!   This is open for PRE & POST OPS.....and if you are on clear liquids,...etc...this may help you "stay on the straight and narrow".  I'll Go First (and I do not claim to be an expert on what we should eat NOR claim that what I eat is the RIGHT things to eat) 7:30 a.m.     1/2 C Eggnog flavored coffee Breakfast    (2) Teas. Potato Salad 11:00 a.m.   (2) Teas. Macaroni Salad                         1/2 Cup Tossed Salad No Dressing                         Later - Iced Tea                         Snack   12:00             (1) Protein Ball...as I was making them LOL                         Later  Some Mango Gatorade Lunch           (2) TBL. Cottage Cheese w/ Cinn & Nutmeg    1:30 p.m.      (3) TBL  Fresh Fruit Salad Snack            1/2 Cup Apple Salad = Toasted Pecans, Diced Apple,          3:00                                        Cranberries, Diced Celery & Lite Mayo Dinner          5:30            1/2 Grilled Chicken Finger (made me feel sick)                      1/4 C baked beans                      2 TB Mashed Potatoes                      4 Grape Tomatoes                      Later Iced Tea 10:00          1/2 C Rice Crispies w/ 1/3 C Skim Milk Snack

here we go for day three DRUM ROLL PLEASE LOL I'm still not doing great but becoming a little more aware Breakfast: Nothing Lunch: Nothing Dinner: Turkey club sandwich and a few fries (went out to eat with DBF and kids) Snack Watermelon 8 bottles of water 12 ounces a piece

Worked yesterday evening so got a little off.

breakfast: Protein shake made with 8Oz of soy milk and 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries -30 grs

Snack: 2protein balls --------------------------------------------------------------------20 grams P.

lunch: protein drink same as above------------------------------------------30 grams protein

snack on the way to work: 2 protein balls-----------------------------=------20 grams protein

supper: 2 saltines and 2 tblspoons of tuna made with small amount of

            lite mayo and 1/2 boiled egg                                                  10 grams protein

total 110 grams protein

80 oz water.

I'm still trying to figure out how to get all my protein in. Struggling with this. Breakfast -- Chocolate Instant Breakfast w/ skim milk Lunch -- Scoop mashed potatoes w/ shredded cheese and small amt ranch drsg ( snacked on this for about 2-3 hours to get it all ate) Snack-- SF vanilla/caramell sundae pudding Dinner-- Skim milk w/ protein Powder vanilla Snack-- Light Peach yogurt I guess instead of drinking instant breakfast for the morning I should just do a protein milk there too. I didn't like the taste when I mixed the two together.

Its wheat, you get it where the salad fixing are, you soak it while you are cutting up cukes, green onions, tomatoes, mix it all tog. with a little oil and lemon juice. salt and pepper, let it set in ref. for awhile to soak up all the flavor..the receipe is on the bag, the bag I get already has parsley in it. it makes a big bowl.... I didnt know what it was until my daughter made some, I love it....Vesta
