Lee Summit Support Group

I would like to know more about the Support group in Lee Summit.  Who all goes from this board?? Give me the dates and time and such! Thanks

Erin Hi, I think the Lee's Summit meeting is in a few weeks. I am going to try to go but have had a hard time getting there because of life interference's.  I have to go to Columbia Tues for my nut. appt.  I was wondering if I get out early enough if you would like me to stop by the hospital to see you before I head home???????????? I also just seen that Susan has hers in Columbia also.  Susan if you're reading this maybe I can come by and se you too???? Take Care Hugs Chelle

Hi Erin, There are a few here who are closer to the Kansas City area that goes to K.C. METRO support group,I know there are alot from the surrounding area that could use the support here,I so happen and got lucky and got us a building from my church association for our meetings.The meetings are on the fourth Monday of every month,for this month it lands on the 25th at 7:00pm.It is off of Woods Chapel RD and 291 south the address is (4001 N.E. I have attended and try to attend when my schedule permits. I am hopeful to make the meeting this month. Colette does a wonderful job and is a great person. It is good to visit with people face-to-face who either have experienced or are experiencing what you are or will be. I would encourage you to stop by and meet with us and bring your hubby. At one week post op, you'll be ready to get out of the house and moving around and it will be good for you. Good luck and feel free to call upon me if you have any questions. Scott
