Snack 2 Sugar Cookies W/ Frosting (((yes today is the day I got stupid))) Made myself quite SICK
3:00 1/2 C Milk
Dinner 1/4 C Pinto Beans
5:30 1 Tomato Slice
10:00 1/2 Left Over Mini Toasted Sub
Snack Jalepeno & Cheese Crunchy chips
Terrible Eating Day....I already know.....but I vowed to be honest.

lunch......2oz steak, 1/4 cup toboli
snack...rice cake with peanut butter and sf jelly
supper...jerky and taboli
snack ...protein drink with banana
water and popsickles during the day

supper chinese buffett overate the spicy shrimp had horrible diarrhea about an hour later.
