Our Long wait is over.

Some of you may or may not know but we have been waiting on a job transfer for my husband. We sold the house and have been apartment living in the mean time. Well he was told Friday that he will start in his new store July 15th. YIPPIE! I wont get to be much help for the move seeing as I wont even be a month out from surgery but I am so excited.

I get my surgery Monday and this great news yesturday.

so where are you moving to ????  You will be able to do more than you think in a month but still no heavy lifting. let us know where too. and you better stay connected with us after the move. Jan

We are moving back *home* to Topeka where all our family is. I have been here in the KC metro for about 5 years now. No worries I will still be right here on the board.  The timeing couldn't be more perfect really with me being off for surgery and now I can call myself between jobs since it looks as if I wont be going back to mine here since we'll be moving before I was going to get back.  I am on the job hunt for a new job in Topeka. This is the worst part of the move. My husband got a job transfer but I have to find a new job.  I LOVE my job where I am now and it brings me to tears that not knowing that this last Thursday was my last day there. Everyone at work knows we've been waiting for a job transfer but it still wont be easy on everyone to see me go.  I will be visiting them a lot when I am feeling up to it. Everyone at work was in tears Friday just knowing I would be gone 4 weeks let alone forever.
