My rash and what the doc's are saying...

This is NOT from the Lap band, I was wrong!  It is something I have had off and on over the years, just not to this extreme. My pcp said, part may be caused by the loose skin...under breasts, inner thighs and around my waist. What I have on my arms and legs is either bugs bites or allergys. The rash that came out on my forehead he thought might be a little bit of shingles showing up but I put salve on it one night and it was gone. The other areas will be hard to rid myself of the rash because it's hot and I sweat. I have had these before and and they have always gone away with a little salve and staying out of the heat. You guys also have to remember I mow almost 7 acres of land every week (that it's not raining) so I may be picking up some of the rashes from skin contact with plants, tree limbs, hanging vines...you name it! Dr H didn't seem to impressed with it at all so I am thinking again that it is the same stuff I have had before that stress brought on and time took it away! I don't think it will happen today because I am out mowing again....lol Anyway, I have been through a lot worse and the Lord has carried me through. He will carry me through this as well! May the Lord Bless each and everyone of you...Deb M  @}}~{~~

Hi Deb, Have you ever tried using gold bond powder. It works wonders on rashes especially under excess skin. I use the equate brand from walmart. (its the same as gold bond only alot cheaper.) and I mix it with baby powder and the rash is usually gone the next day..

Debbie; So glad it isn't anything with your lap band or something more serious. I saw you mowing today and wanted to stop but, was going to pick up paint for the remodel of son's new home. I hope to have time to stop by someday if it is ok with you. Would love to meet you. Hugs; Barbara in Freeman

I use Monistat Powder Gel everyday.  It works great Image and video hosting by TinyPic-- plus I hate regular powders, they are so messy. http://www.soothingcare.com/soothingcare/products_chafing_gel.htm  You can get a free sample here: http://www.soothingcare.com/soothingcare/request_sample_buffer.htm
