Yeah, I start Nursing School in Aug....I'm not sure what date exactly yet...but I should find out soon I guess....ha ha What are you going to school for?? I graduated last year w/ a BS in Chemistry.... Rianne

Well............ I've been in school for a while, frst I was going to be a socail worker, then I wanted to help people more than fix emotional problems becaue I knew I would bring it home with me. So, I changed from socialwork to nursing and was involved in an accident so I had to change again.Now, I have my certificate in Health Information Technology and am going on to get my associates in HIM which will pay much higher. The only thing is, is I have almost enough credits to make another assoc. out of I just need to figure out what I want to make it. I have 84 credits now. So, I would need about 6 more credit hours to turn it into something. I envy you I would love to return to nursing!!! Who knows maybe after the surgery my back will get better. I have a friend that just graduated RN school and is making $25.24 an hour. Thats pretty good money. I will make about the same but really wanted to ineract with people more,

My mom is a nurse by trade, but currently she works for the American Heart Association...and works ER on the weekends to keep her nursing skills up to date. She LOVES being a nurse....My actual goal though is Nurse Anesthesism...so after nursing school, I have to work a yr in ICU to gain experience THEN go back to school....fun times...should be done by age 30...I hope!! You know, you should think bout becoming a professional student ;-) I have... Hmm...I wonder what that pays.....

LOL not a whole heck of alot but the school loans would be put on hold until we were done which could possible be NEVER LMAO

LOL but just think....we'd be the most marketable and smart 90 yr olds ever ;-) And, then our death insurance could pay those loans...HA

Actually we could file for deferment due to old age and our family would get our insurance. LOL See how silly I think when I am tired
