Thank you so much Jan. I'm sorry for not being on here like I should, but I've been having a hard time with dehydration. And on top of everything my mom got real sick and been on the road more than home. I went for my 6 week checkup yesterday and they gave me my first B-12 shot and also thiamin shot and had to go this morning and get another shot of thiamin, but the good news is i'm down 41 pounds. Thank you for being such a sweet and caring person, all my love ricki
