WHATS HAPPENING FOR SATURDAY

I went to work this afternoon and I feel like someone beat me this evening. I don’t know if im going to be able to do this or not. I need to find someway of getting muscles built up in my back and in my legs. I have none and it makes me so tired. I know if that was stronger I could do it easily.

 

Did rain on your all this afternoon? It was raining off and on all afternoon and evening in Branson. Looks like it rained some here at the house as I was coming home.

 

I bought myself 6 new pair of panties tonight. First time in my life that I ever bought that many at once and first time I have ever spent that much on them, even with my 30% discount lol. I have always been buy one pair at the dollar store and then in a couple of weeks can afford to buy another pair.

Never bought bali panties in my life. !!! What would my mother say/!!!!!. She would probably roll over in her grave. Lol

Sounds like you and your fiancée were really busy today, cleaning. You want to come to my house and do all of that?

Sounds like you are trying to get yourself ready and use to walking on the treadmill, and 45 minutes is a really good time for pre op.

CHELLE 06: so good to see you on here. Sorry your van broke down , that is always a hassle isnt it. No way you can plan on that because no way of knowing how much it will cost when you are at the mercies of a hired mechanic. Good thing you have a good bil.

 

Thanks for asking about my neck, it is trying to act up again since I worked tonight. Lord I hope not.

Yes it is truly hot out finally. Heat doesn’t bother me like it use to lol. Which is good , I use would hate anything above 70 .

I know you are going to miss your family since they are down there and you here .

Wow on the weight loss. I wish I had lost 100 pounds , it has been 10 months and I still haven’t lost that much.. lol love you girl good luck

 

 

BEVERLY B: See you had pleanty to talk about, and I don’t think it was boreing at all. I love hearing what you all do just in everyday life.

I know how you feel, your list looks a lot like mine did before surgery. You just want to live like a normal person that doesn’t have to ask someone to help them for plain little things. Don’t worry you will be able to do all of that and more.

JANET: Well how did the sale go?  I know you all picked a pretty good day for it didn’t you?? Maybe tomorrow you can get some more gone.

 

Didn’t know you had a apricot poddle that you were needing to sale. But did you sale it? Wow on the weight loss this week. You know your body has finally absorbed those steroids and now is turning loose of some of that weight. Good going.

 

 

CRAIG: I think that the back hurts like this because we lost this weight so fast that a lot of muscle disappears too. And we don’t have the muscle to hold our selves up right for too long. I am going to start working out some way or the other.

 

Praise God on the good results of the test .Hope you got your camera fixed up since Tuesday.

 

Good grief where in the world do you go to have one tooth pulled at 450.00? there is a great clinic in Springfield.that cut out one of Joes teeth and was only 110.00 for having to cut it out . …

 

 

DEBBIE M: oh how I wish Joe and I could have our bike back so we could go on runs like that. Nothing like them is there.

Just be careful about the lawn mowing. And be sure and use the lotion first off.

Hi Jan and all I have been really sad today. The little dog Lucky, that I told you about died this morning. My vet called and said he took a really bad turn for the worse last night and died this morning. I am such a dog lover it just breaks my heart. The vet said he had a very serious case of whipworm. Never heard of them but they are microscopic so you don't see them like the rest. The thing that gets me is that he was not sick before yesterday. Guess I will be taking my dogs in to have them tested. I usually only take them once a year, but now I am concerned about them getting the whipworms. My granddaughter is out of town so she doesn't know yet. She will be broken hearted as well. She is only 7 yrs old so don't know how she will handle it.. I thought the seminar in columbia was July 16th and I got on their site today to register and don't you know it was June 16th..(now my mind is going lol). Thankfully they have one in Jefferson City on Monday June 25th so I registered for that one. It is only about 60 miles so that is not bad. I am starting my journey..YA!!!!!! Now I get to start asking questions lol:  Can my pcp do all the preop test or is it someone the surgeon have that do them. Other than the physc test..I am concerned about the sleep apnea test as I am almost positive that I have it. My pcp has wanted me to take the test for some time now but I haven't. I get really paranoid if anything is over my face and didn't think I could stand to have the oxygen mask on. I would prefer to have the sleep test at the hospital where I worked for 9 yrs. I think I would be more comfortable as I know everyone there.. Well hope everyone has a fantastic day today in whatever you have planned....

The dentist up here wont touch you , they always send you to Dental specialist. and they are much higher. They dont care about what people have to spend. They all think we are made of money. I really dont see how Dentist can make a living with out having medicare and  medicaid helping them for payments. People just cannot afford their high prices. This Dr. in Kirksville told me he would pull each tooth for 450 bucks and if i needed a flipper before i get false teeth it would cost me 3000 bucks. its Totally ridculous. If you have medicaid or medicare y ou can only use it in the dental office if you're a child, woman who is pregnant. or elderly in a nursing home. I could see children and pregnant woman but mostly all residents in Nursing Home facilities have false teeth already. What do We do the ones with medicaid and medicare that cant work but need to have Dental work. I guess we must thank our wonderful Governor for this. You will be able to tell all us poor people. we will be the ones going around toothless and scraggly teeth LOL..........God Bless...Craig Lee

Craig,    Medicare does not pay for dental at all.  I work in a nursing home and they do not pay for teeth.  By the way, you look great.  Colette

Hey all!  I have just a few moments to write before my fiance and I go FALL into bed we are SO tired!! Today went well, we went to the family reunion in Taneyville (by Forsyth).  There were about 15 ish people there, and luckily it was all family that I knew...yay!  There was TONS of food, but even so I did really well and ate mostly protein though I did have a few bites of macaroni salad and a *cough cough* homemade cinnamon roll *cough cough*  Yeah, I know....shouldn't have but....I couldn't resist! I didn't walk on the treadmill today, but I did walk the puppy once today...AND at the reunion Jon and I walked around the block and visited some people he knew AND we played football for a while plus not to mention it was like a BAJILLION degrees outside so I'm sure I sweat off quite a few calories....ugh it was so hot!! Then, after the reunion, we drove his nephew up to Shadowrock Bar and played a few rounds of pool with him before he goes back home to South Carolina this week...it was okay except the bar had some really crappy music that was playing sooooo loudly it gave us a headache so we left very quickly.  Then, it was back to the reunion to sweat sweat sweat some more.....for a bit. Now, here we are...8:39pm and we're exhausted so we're going to bed..... Jan~my first post yesterday was b/c I posted on Thursdays like a few minutes too late for you to respond to what I said for Friday's post. can't wait to see ya'll on Monday night!!

New Panties.  Woo-Hoo- LOL  Good for you.  I just want to tell you I bought a new swimming suit this year - the first in about 15 years.  And it does not have a skirt on it.  And I wore it is Arkansas the whoe week and had so much fun with the kids in the pool.  Hope you are able to continue working but if your legs bother you that makes it tough.  Have a great day.  colette
