GNC is were I get the banana cream protien. I probably spend more money then some on my protien but I'm not buying buying groceries for myself so it isn't so bad.   I need to order some bullets, Who has them in stock guys? I'm doing pretty well.   No pain meds today.  I think I'll take some at bed time though!

I agree with the canned soup broth, just drain off the noodles, veggies or whatever.  It is so much more satisfying than the plain broths.  Tastes like food.  I don't really do smoothies, just do the bullets and they are controversial, some nutritionists don't like them.  My favorite is strong coffee, DiVinci SF caramel syrup (just a dab), FF 1/2 & 1/2, and then stir some vanilla whey powder and water with a whisk (like you were making gravy) and then whisk it into the coffee mixture.  I don't use the blender because it gets too foamy.  I also like to do this iced this time of year.  I had my surgery in the winter and the warm drink was great.  I have developed lactose intolerance so the smoothies aren't my thing right now.   Hugs, Lana
