My review on University of Missouri....
Hello Everyone....
I had my surgery June 4th and it was done at University of Missouri...I know there are several people on the board that have had bad experiences there. I am thankful to say I had a plesant stay at this hospital...
Maybe it has to do with what floor your on or something....But I was lucky I guess...I had wonderful nurses that checked on me ever little bit...I didn't have to deal with any pain issues....The doctor was like clock work every day that I was in there...I had a great CNA that was always checking in on me and was very helpful with anything I needed help with.....
Susan & Erin I am soooo sorry you both had such crappy ordeals with you stay at the hosptial...I think you both should make complaints and fill out the surveys listing all your complaints....I would also make sure your doctors knew about the care you recieved while in the hospital!!! I'm not sure what floor either of you were on but I was on the forth floor in what I think they called the Step-Down unit from ICU. I guess if I had any complints it would have been the food....It was livable but not real great.....
I hope our future pre-ops have a better experiencs than the two of you had....If not I definitly would complain and instist on better care!!!!
