Today was my first day to have solids. I had a egg and 1/3 c mashed potatos. Very slowly I ate them both and had no problems.  I'm only to have 1-2 Tbls per sitting. So this was about 4 sittings worth. I really did feel full only like 2 Tbls but then had a little more later. I have to work up to 1/2 C per sitting.  I can have blended soup as well but haven't tried any yet.  I need to check into the book too.

I finally took the information they gave during the class and put it into a table grid, at first it says day by day and then by week and so forth.   I have different columns for Water,  Supplement, Protein, allowed Food description and misc. Notes.  I no longer have to cross reference my notes, I can just look at the row pertaining to either the day, week or month during the first 6-months that I"m in and remind myself what I need to do/have.  I can't seem to find anywhere to upload it on this site, but anyone wants me to mail it to them just send me your email address.  I did it in Word.

[email protected] loved the e-mail with all the info. how about a name brand for the yogurt...I shop at Wal-marts. its very confusing as to which to buy. also...someone had posted before about a site whereyou can list your daily food intake and it figures up your protien for the day...or was it that it told how much protien found in each food  what  are the symptoms of dehydration? Im not...Im getting plenty of water and juice but I thought it would be good to know. also Im going to the movies this weekend....how do I get them to let me in with my lil drinkie poo? show them my GP card from the Dr? I have always been a huge water drinker but lately it seems like only juice satisfies. half water/ half juice. I have ordered some of the fruit punch bullets.... how many protien shakes is about normal for the day.... how much protien do you need to get each day? Rianne you are being a big help...thanks! nutti I wish I would have saved more of this info when I found it.
