Breakfast Strawberry smoothie protein shake------30 grams protein snack 2 protein balls --------------------------------------20 ggrams protein Lunch : Peach protein smoothie shake----------------30 grams protein Supper 2 baked pieces of chicken breast ----------- 15 grams protein 1/2 cup of broc and califlower mix. -----------------------2 grams protein total protein 97 grams protein 90 oz water today.

Breakfast----frozen peaches.protien shake
8oz of cran/grape juice with half water
lunch---the inside of a chimichanga...meat and bean w shred cheese
strawberry banana protien shake
8oz crangrape/water
dinner---3 bites of purreed grilled chicken breast mashed potatos with cream of mushroom soup gravy
chocolote protien shake.
and in between all of this I ate on ice from sonic and drinking the melted water from a rt 44 cup O ice
one sf popsicle
ok someone who knows....is this too much? not enough?
how much protien you suppose to get?
