Hey gang!!  I am still around, just sooo busy. I thought I would a quick update and let you know I am stll alive. Well, this weeks weigh in was good. I am down to 255.5. Starting weight at preop class was 307.  So I guess slow and steady is how my weight loss is going to be. Part of it is my fault. I am not getting as much exercise as I should in. I am lucky if I get it  in 2 time a week. My husband changes schedules after Thanksgiving so we wll be going together in the mornings before work. That will help get me going I think. It is always easier to exercise with someone else. I added some updated pictures to my profile. They are from November 4th. It was my 1st Anniversary and we had a great time.  Check them out if you have time.  I am still doing my  weekly youtube video journal if anyone wants to check them out.. You can also access them from my profile.  I am working full time now and get so tired when I get home. IS it normal to be so worn out at 11 weeks out?  I go for my 3 month check up right after Thanksgiving. Hopefully they will do labs then so I can see if I need to up any of my vitamins.  I am still scanning the post on here. Sorry I haven't responded to many.  I just get busy. I will try an do better.  Well, hope everyone is haveing a great week. Message me if you need anything. LOVE YA, Rebecca

Hi Rbecca You're doing awesome!     Yes, it is normal to be tired still at 11 weeks out.  That anesthesia just plays havoc on your body, then the rapid weight loss and such.  It's tough.  It's critically important that you're getting in your protein shakes, all your vitamins and water.  I truly mean - it's CRITICAL.  You will notice a world of difference if you keep up with all that.
