~Whats Happening for Jan-Monday~

Dear MO Peeps~

Hi there...well, we know that Jan and Joe are safe-unfortunately-still without power. That means that Andrew is still without power too. His wife, Susan is still in the hospital-lets pray for her speedy recovery-and that their power will be returned quickly......We also need to pray for Rick (Sugs hubby) he has been working MANY MANY HOURS to get as many customers electricity back on!

We also still havent heard from Brenda on how Dennis is doing-lets continue to keep him in prayer that his surgery was successful and his recovery will be quick.

Down by where Vesta lives-thier storm was bad-a lot of them are without power. Melissa text'd me and said they were without power (her dad and g-ma live in Willow Springs right next to Vesta) and that her g-ma was either being admitted back in the hospital today OR they were calling Hospice out to the house. Please pray for g-ma and the whole family-they have had so much to deal with this year-its not even funny. They lost their aunt the end of January, she lost her mom the beginning of May-and now its looking like they will lose grandma. My heart is just breaking right now-I love her so much....Made me feel like I was around my own grandma-she is so loving and loveable!

We have a lot of flooding around us right now. We couldnt keep signal for phone or satellite and phone lines/internet was working when it wanted to. We have that problem a lot when its really really wet out here. Its been too wet to really mow-so the lawn is taking over and it will take a good day or two with no rain etc-for us to get out there and make it look good again.

Well, I am gonna make this short-please, say prayers for everyone we are missing-that they are all okay-lets also remember our pre-ops-LR, Bec-ALL of them-for peace and strength...BEC-LESS THAN A WEEK NOW- WOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ITS FINALLY DOWN TO THE LAST WEEK-YAY, YAY-Baby Circle dance!!! Bustin a move for ya!! Love ya and praying for ya. All my love everyone-Janet

Good Morning Missouri,

I too am going to make this short as well.. I still have plenty to do and only a few days to do it in... 

We got lots and lots of rain but not damage thank goodness!  A tornado did come way way to close for comfort on Friday and did some damage but thankfully again it missed me.

Don't know how many inches we got but it was enough to fill up the pool at the bottom of my fountain and it was running over for two days of the rain so I know it was considerable... the two foot bridges Paul has going over the low water creek on our place was washed away,  he will have to reset them again....  I'm so sorry for those that are out of power... I sure miss my  hen .... this morning was the first day in many her smiling message was not here to tell me I have only 6 days left!!!!   But I'm sure glad she is safe!

I am going to go spend the day with my sis tomorrow finishing up a Christmas table cloth me started last fall and did not get done... we have not been doing much together lately .... I've just had so much going on and she has too...  the days always go by real fast when I'm with her, like it did the days I got to spend with Debbie Darl'n.

I will be doing some fall yard work toward the end of the week. Emptying and washing up some planters, pulling weeds and so forth....my goodness it is simply beautiful out this morning... I am getting ready to walk here in a bit... woke up with a headache this morning.... will need to take something and give it time to work before heading out there.

My sweet AJ (youngest) will be home Saturday night ... I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT!  I still miss my girls so much even though my oldest has been in college for 5 years now.  The youngest will be there for my surgery... that sure is comforting but she is so busy at school I hated for her to take the time away, she insisted and I just could not tell her no.

Dennis and Susan are on my heart this morning, Laura too.... I pray every need will be met!

Sugar ~ I hope you have the best of the bests of time on your vacation!

My dear   lady ~ you are ever in my prayers.  Where are you now on the surgeries?  will you yet have any this month?  I pray all works out just like it is suppose to!!!

Good morning and thanks for filling in for sis while shes out of power. She told me last night that she sure is missing the puter! lol! We really dont know how attached we are to these things until we loose power. HOW are YOU??? How is the pain doing? Are you getting any relief? Have you got a surgery scheduled?

I leave Friday for the south and please pray that we have good weather while there. That includes NO rain please LORD? We all will arrive at the condo on Saturday sometime. Each of the kids are driving down seperate so each will get there in their own time.

Bec, I cant beleive I wont be around for your big day but Jan has promised to call me the second she hears anything from you.

Im beginning to get worried about the Mexican travelers...how many days has it been now?

Where in the world is Jeanine? Jan said she didnt show up at the reunion and I havent seen her on here.

Welcome newbie LR and hope you join this crazy bunch as we talk out life and help each other along the way. Hope you dont get upset if you get scolded occassionally...we only do that because we care and you may be doing something wrong or that might hurt you. We want only to help and love each other thru this wild ride. Our looser's bench is a mile long by now and polished up for you to just slide right onto..

Did everyone read Angy's challenge this morning?? I dare you all to set some sort of new goal and stick with it! It kinda got me thinking and re-motivated me to do something about reaching this new goal....thanks ANG!

Well, Im looking for something...a 12" x 12 1/2" photo album page with black background and sleeves to fit 4 x 6 prints...there are 5 sleeves on each page 3 turned one way and 2 the other.. Im using these albums for a Church scrapbook album and Im already out of space. Ive filled 2 books and there are alot of pages in them but room for more if I can find refills...if you see anything similar let me know please.  Ive been trying to organize all my scrapbooks and photo albums. WHAT a JOB!!!

Going to close and everyone just  know that prayers are lifted for all those without power and downed trees, tornado damage and  flooding. Also for Sheila's neighbor who had the house fire.

I made it home from Kansas City yesterday around 5pm.  The Chariton river is still out of its banks at novenger, missouri.   My garden is nothing but mud! 

But the baptism of both my 4 week old great nephew and my great niece Kate who is 2 years old went wonderful.  This was the 1st time in a long time that my 2 sisters were all together on 1 of our birthdays.  I wish I could have been at the reunion but family had to come 1st.

Got a frantic phone call from Stephanie about getting a copy of her birth certificate as they will not let them leave without it.  I had to run out to our health department then take it up to the post office and overnight it to Norfolk.  That blew the heck out of $40 but I was lucky I had it to pay for everything.  So please pray they can leave on time and have a safe trip here.  I miss them so much!

Got to get busy cleaning and de-junking (LOL) the guest room so they will have a place to sleep.

Hey Y'all,

Thanks so much for your prayers and support for Susan.  She got to come home today.  Her blood sugar count so far is around 180, still a bit high but its coming down slowly.  Her toe is looking alot better, she has to stay off it as much as possible and I have to make sure she soaks it then i'll have to dress it twice a day until its healed good.  She's on a bunch of anti-biotic pills,  around 4000mg, yes 4000mg for the next 10 dayz, lawd have mercy so if ya would, keep prayer for her that those dont make her sick or anything.  We are just praising the Lord the infection did'nt reach the bone,  now to make sure this doesnt happen again!!

Well Im gonna cut this short,  I just wanted to update y'all on Susan and thank you so much for all the prayers. 

Jan i'll be up to walking in the morning if  your planning on walking.
