Put a few pics of Brenda, Dennis and myself on my profile that we took at tonights meeting....Brenda and Dennis both looked great....Dennis is off to a wonderful start... Over 70lbs down in aprox 8 weeks!!!!!!!

Tammy the pictures are absolutly great, you are looking so good sweetie , and Dennis wow how greatis he looking....and Brenda i cant leave her out looks really nice too....wis h the rest  of your people would have come...Dont know what happened to Angy she was real active on the board and then just quit...did she get her feelings hurt or is she sick or what, do you know? sure wish she would come back we  miss her a lot....just keep on with your meetings it may take awhile but you will get some more eventually....you are doing a good thing and it will pay off ,....

It's so nice to get together with others who are walking the same path we are isn't it???  I'm so glad you got your group back up again.  I too let mine lapse because no one came.  But I decided to keep going and now we had 11 people at our last meeting.  Just keep having them---after they come to 1 meeting they will be hooked and keep coming.  I can't tell you how refreshing and reenergizing it is to share your thoughts and the things your going through with others going through the same thing.
