Getting Jittery
Deb, I used to drink alot of soda and smoke alot of cigs too! I quit the cigs years ago and am so grateful that that is a part of my past! YOu will be amazed at how things taste and smell after quitting. I started drinking water instead of soda about 8 or 9 years ago and the trasition wasnt that hard. I now cannot go too long withou****er and order it to drink everywhere I go because that is what I want not what I have to have. Our bodies really do desire to be healthy and will adapt to the healthier lifestyle easier than you would think! The prize at the end of the tunnel is so grand that it makes every sacrafice worth it! Keep your chin up....
GOD is my ROCK! SUGAR
