Vesta i have looked and looked for an egg custard recipe on here but havent found one....have you tried the protein souffle? it  is really great and a neat way to get in added protein....

I found this on the Internet. This looks good to me.  

This was calculated with Hood Milk. If you use any other milk your nutrition will change


Sugar Free Egg Custard


50 Minutes to Prepare and Cook


Ingredients

5 eggs or 1 egg and substitute equal to 4
1/2 to 1 Cup Splenda
1 Tbl Vanilla
3 Cups Hood Milk


Directions

Mix all ingredients well in baking dish cover and bake about 45 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.             Makes 6-8 servings

Note: Stale bread may be added to make bread pudding
