Nothing new here. Same Ole, same ole. This is laundry day for me so not very exciting.
Jan, I take Mobic for my arthritis but, I also take Nexium to protect my pouch. Been doing this for the entire 6 years and no problems.

Good morning OH family, sorry I have been MIA but my computer crashed not long ago so I have been without. I have been using my sister's computer to check email etc... so I don't have much chance to be online these days until I can buy me another computer which might be a while still yet.
I am doing well been on a stall for awhile but that's my fault I haven't been exercising like I should I hope to change that as of today. I also need to drink more water but I'm eating ok.
I feel so out of the loop since I have been gone not sure whats been going on with everyone lately guess I need to do some back reading? I hope everyone is doing ok?
Well, guess I better get things done just had an oppurtunity to get online and wanted to say hi and let you all know I'm still here. Take care God bless......

My 2 new babies names are Sir Sheldon and Lady Shelly, they are 10 weeks old Shelties, we are putting up a fence for them so they can go out and play...they are almost house broke already, there is only 2 rooms they are allowed in ,kitchen and office, and at night they stay in their pet transporters, so we are doing real good, they cant take the place of Sheba but they fill their place and it helps ...
I started Curves this morning they have a great deal going now...and I really like it..I have just got to get some energy I have none, so I am gonna up my protein and exercise

Tee hee ~ I need to see your GOOD plastic surgeon for EVERY part of this nasty ole sagg'n body!
Well I didn't see your post this morning so I went out to walk... went and walked a stretch of old highway. Will go out again tonight...
WOW that wind has been strong... I felt like I was getting clogged up again last night after having been out in it and took some of that Mucinex with decongestant in it and that seems to really ward off the crud. It was windy again this morning as well and I could see stuff falling from some of the trees... that green powder stuff and then something that looked like dandelion seeds... oh well I guess it is that time of year.
My shoes are working but they sure are worse for the wear... I guess I need to get some new ones anyway as these feel big and I guess my feet have shrunk.... but I put new inserts in them and new laces and will try and get by with them for a while yet... do you know those stink'n puppies will follow me every time but if Paul is with me NONE of the dogs will follow us... what's up with that? I guess I'm just too much of a softie?
That's why I get in the car and drive to other places to walk sometimes so I don't have to put up with the dogs around my feet the whole way... sometimes I also cut across the neighbors field and down the fence rows till I'm out of their sight.... they are usually waiting at the end of the drive way...
Compliment? Hinney? I did take a look see at what they seen and I was not pleased! It still looked mighty big to me! Makes me shudder at what it must of looked like before the 90 lbs was taken off?
Mimi you and I will just go ahead and laugh
at all the crazy things that have happened to me lately.... like I said in the scope of things these are relatively little. I did not think that at the time I burnt the wig right off my head 
though... had to step away and have a bit of a cry 
over that one before I could laugh at it...
Susan ~ nothing in my garden is coming up yet... sugar snap peas should be poking thru soon though... I'm going to go out tomorrow and work outside all day... I think Paul will get my strawberry beds all fixed and I can get the plugs planted. He will have to do a little engineering on it to make the supplies we have work without buying anything... again I can see the wheels turning in Paul's head. I want to get some things done out there before Janet and Renee, Mimi and Sugar come to visit. My goal is to get the leaves cleaned out of my rock beds... I've been trying to do that now for a month... and something keeps coming up to stop me but maybe tomorrow will be the day... it is to be cold and rainy again on Thursday. I noticed the violets that I transplanted out of the woods last year are coming up in full force this year... but I don't think they are going to jump the edging as far as I can tell right now. I know they spread real easily.
I also have two bird houses to get painted so I can put them in a couple of in ground flower pots...then my mom gave me a boy and girl statuary when I had surgery in Sept. and I want to paint those up pretty as well... I have a list so long of things I want to do that all I have to do is pick and choose as to what I will do that day?
Janet ~ I too laughed right out loud at what you did to your poor poor momma! You stinker! and I would make Paul hang that nasty ole shelf in his room too!
Sheila ~ boy it's good to see you post! I sure hope you get the help you need with the TT and all goes well with it.
Lou ~ how neat about you hubby! I hope he has a wonderful time and his mom is blessed by the visit!
Sandy ~ be sure and let me know about you coming thru to your daughters... I hope it will work out for you to stop for a visit... last time sure was NOT NEAR long enough! If not going the maybe on the way home...huh?

I guess I shouldn't of thought I would get by without something being a challenge? ~ha Glad you hear things are going well and hope you are able to get a new puter soon.
Well today is housework so I better get on it before I talk my self into a nap! ~ha I did get my part of the garage cleaned up yesterday so I can get thru out there... Seems like I'm forever cleaning up that garage.
