Evening all....first I want to say thanks to those of you *****sponded to last night's post.  Please don't ever feel like you HAVE to post!  I just needed to make sure that this post is helpful, whether you feel like responding or not.  So....I will keep on keeping on.

Worked at moving boxes from storage to the farm today.  Two pickup loads and a trailer load.  Most of the boxes in the 10x15 are out.  Another pickup load should get those boxes and we'll get the miscellaneous after we empty the 10x20 of it's boxes.  I'm wiped...

My day....

Outta bed....coffee

Breakfast was oatmeal around 10:30

Lunch was around 3 (I was starving!)  I had leftover chicken taco salad insides.

Snacks....protein bar, handful of peanuts, 2 oz cheese

I haven't decided on my dinner.  Hubby is fixing his own.  I'll figure out something good and then I am headed for bed.  Water is great and vits are too.

Hope you all had a great day with no major issues.  I know some of you are fighting illness (Susy) and some of you are working on adding new foods (Susan).  And there are a few of you doing liquids (Bec).  You are all on my mind even tho I probably missed a few of you.

Post away!

We about wore ourselves out cleaning house today lol. It was so dusty we just went ahead and did a top to bottom cleaning, now its all clean until tomorrow when the dust comes in again lol.  I tried something different on the Protein Souflee's tonight.  Was trying to figure out something good since Susan can only have soft foods so I made a Pumkin Cream Cheese Souflee.  I added the normal ingrediants and put  1/4 cup of pumkin and 2oz of cream cheese,  i think i should of added just a bit more but anyway it turned out so YUMMY!!! It had to bake about an hour and 10 mins, but really turned out good.

Our day...

Outta Bed - Orange Julias Protein Shake, Susan had another Apple Protein Shake,

Went for our walk then came back and got to work.

Lunch - 1/4 cup of cottage cheese

About 3ish we had another Protein Shake

Supper - 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, an hour later we split a souflee...mmmm was so good.

I had a S.F. popcicle a few min ago.

Peggy dont work yourself to the ground girl.  Hopefully Susan and I will get to drive up to your sale,  I have a cousin in RayTown so we might visit with her while were up that way.  Have a relaxing night!!

Andy
