BMI...WOO HOO
Well today I weighed for the first time in over a week.
You all know I started Curves about 3 weeks ago when I was plagued with the Plateau from you know where....
Well My PRE-OP BMI was 65.6
today my BMI is 49.8....
I am so excited.
I guess I showed that plateau who was boss...
