Awesome finding this board!!

Hi all. I am new to this also. I was inspired to do it by an LDS coworker . In her ward many are calling the "1st Ward Diet." I live in Paradise, California. I teach in Oroville, California. I am a strong believer, but a weak attender --therefore I have no calling. --Brett!
