1. What are 3 personal goals you have set for this year? To be able to slow jog 1 mile. To get new photo with hubby...been reluctant to do that for serveral years...I just couldn't bring myself to get another photo when I looked so awful. To ride my horse again. 2. What is 1 personal long term goal? I want to go for a ride in an open ****pit bi-plane like the Red barron pizza guy flies!! 3. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? Healthy and strong. Hopefully in a management position where I work. 4. Now that you have had the surgery, has where you see yourself in 5 years changed? I see myself more physically fit than I have been in years. I don't think prior to surgery I thought that I would be strong enough to do the things I enjoy in 5 years like really long walks, working in the yard, ever riding my horse again. I am a very out doorsie person and I just love doing things and traveling. That is something that I think in my future I will enjoy even more. There will be less limitations. Thanks for the questions..hope I haven't been tooo long winded!! Alfie

Tough question Sherrie. 1. What are 3 personal goals you have set for this year? a) To be able to walk without my crutches b) To get a better handle on our bills and debts (see a return on investments we've made) c) To loose down to 160 lbs by the end of the year (27 pounds to go) 2. What is 1 personal long term goal? To have my husband join the church and be sealed together for eternity. 3. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? After reaching my goal weight - maintaining it and walking - no, RUNNING! 4. Now that you have had the surgery, has where you see yourself in 5 years changed? Yes - before WLS I was consigned to being bed ridden and fat. Now I have hope, I may be bed ridden but I'll be much smaller. Melody

1: Be under 200 lbs -- how cool our goal is basically the same here. Obtain temple reccomentd again, increase our income. 2: I don't know yet. I am hoping that 'truelly' coming to terms with what is lies ahead w/our adopted son. That really is something that I have accepted yet I haven't. 3: A HECK of a LOT thinner!! In a job that I enjoy and can bring home an income that will support my family. 4: Healthy. Able to keep up with my children. Gala

Start to see my mom once a month instead of bi monthly Personal long term goal: to become fit and able to hike five years from now I hope to have a new house built or brought in to our property.
