Whoo Hoo, Whoo Hoo. I took about 5 steps on my own. Due to my multiple sclerosis I have to walk with crutches. Since surgery I've lost 73 pounds and I took about 5 steps on my own without my crutches! I looked and felt like a toddler learning to walk. I was very unbalanced and held my arms out reaching for something to hang on to but I DID IT! It was quite comical to see me trying but I did it. I haven't been able to walk without crutches for two years now. It will be a LONG time before I'll be able to move away from furniture or walls but these baby steps are certainly a start. Melody

Oh, Melody!!! I am so happy for you!!! There are no words for the joy that something like that brings! I imagine that is soooo much more exciting than when I stopped using my cane. So I can only begin to understand how exciting that is. Keep up the the good progress! Celebration time for you!!! Grins, (More than usual this time!) Kaye
