Congrats Robin...I want to wish you the very best in your upcoming surgery. may I make some suggestions? Learn all you can, study the posts on here, know that you will hit discouraging times, plateaus, and moments when you will ask yourself "What the heck have I done to myself??"......but all in all, hang in there, keep the faith and you will be thrilled with your results. I've lost 70# in 4 months, and I'm sort of a slow loser. I don't exercise, so I'm sure that's part of my problem..... But even with 70# off I feel so much better, and life is so much easier. Best to you, please post here often. Your sister, Tracey
