AT GOAL!!!

I've been sooooo busy lately that I haven't had much of a chance to post and I've been so busy that I've been shedding the lbs. Yesterday I weighed myself and I had 1 lb. to go before I met my goal. So, of course I hoped back on that scale this morning praying for the 1 lb. and tuh-duh! I lost 3! I'm now at 138!!!!! My doctor's goal for me was 160, my goal was 140 and now I'm wondering how to stop this train. Well, just wanted to share my excitement with you! Hope the holiday season is treating you all well. Way to go Hydi. What a great Christmas gift to yourself. I've been trying everyday to respond to your post and tell you how proud I was of you but everytime I tried to respond (to anybody) I got an error message. I thought the site was having problems. This morning I discovered that the problem was mine and mine alone. I have never signed out or logged out of Obesityhelp so I never thought another thing of it. This whole week there was a little note at the top of this Obesityhelp page that said "sign in". I ignored it because I've never signed out. Then I noticed that it didn't show my name at the top like usual so I got to thinking that I did a disk cleanup on my computer and it must have erased the cookie that saved my log in information on this site. I signed in again and lo and behold I can now reply to posts. That was a long way of saying congratulations on your progress and good for you. Melody
