Whats new for Thursday, March 16

Ok, so I am jumping the gun a little here-it's almost midnight here, and the new day begins soon. I am up late because I am EXCITED!!! I have finally been APPROVED!!!! So I am just a little pumped tonight.....gotta get some sleep soon, though. Wanted to let you all know! I am happy to see lots of new postings-I had almost stopped coming here because it seemed like no one was posting anymore. so-whats new with all of you? lynn k

Hi Lynn Great news on getting your approval...wooo hoooo I had my surgery April 23, 2004 and have lost so far 83 pounds..yippee I still have a way to go and have been on a plateau for several weeks now but I'm so greatful that I've come as far as I have that even slowing down is ok. Congratulations on your approval. This is certainly a life changing operation. I know that I would do it again in a heart beat. My surgery was March 8, 2004 and as of yesterday I've lost 122#. I weigh less now than when I was in the 7th grade. What's new with me today? I was the room mother for my daughter's kindergarten easter party. (Spring break started today after school) There are 33 children in her kindergarten class and we painted hard boiled eggs. It went well and all had fun. No disasters even so I consider that a success. Come back often and chat with us. Melody

Thanks you guys-I love this board, but I can only get on occasionally. Life gets crazy for me on a daily basis. I have been temping almost 2 years, and I am between jobs right now-they have sent me to a couple that were just not right, so I worked a day here and 2 days there, and still no job. I am in school, too! It's always good to come back and chat with everyone....! ~lynn k
