Hey~ From AZ!

I am still recovering from my surgery (6/27/05) and I have lost 24 lbs in just 13 days. I can't wait for more to disappear! Anyway, I was going to delete my profile from obesityhelp, but I decided to hang out here with my fellow Mormons! Makes things a little easier, ya know? CJ

Hello CJ. Congratulations on 24 pounds in just 13 days. Wow that sounds fast. Good for you. Don't be discouraged if you slow down and only lose a couple pounds in an entire month. It can and does happen, then all of a sudden before you know it another 10 pounds will be gone. With the heat make sure you get as much water in as you can tolerate. This soon after surgery it's difficult but oh so important especially in the heat. Stay with us. Melody
