Prayers for my friend...PLEASE.

Daph, I'll include your friends in my prayers for strength, courage, and wisdom to make the decisions that will need to be made. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but cancer that has spread to both the liver and the pancreas usually can't be beaten. I'm sorry that Chris and her children will have to face this kind of challenge so early in their lives. I do have one suggestion that they may want to consider. Get a tape recorder and tape Nolan talking. Tape him telling stories of his childhood, his life - anything. His voice on tape will be a great comfort to them in future times. They need to do it now while he still have the strength to make the recording. I'll keep them in my prayers. -Melody
