Thanks. My camera's cheap so I'll have to get my f-i-l to take a better one! I just passed my dr.'s goal weight for me. I'm 159 now! Hurray. Only 19 lbs. to my goal.

I was only given the assignment of doing sharing time last Sunday but I have had one week to fret about it. I'll need to really brain storm and see what I can come up with in just a week.
Thanks for your thoughts.

I love it! I had a suprising/funny/feel good moment last night. We were having dinner with the missionaries (4 of them) and they were talking about a certain burger 1 of them had recently had and I said "Friendly's?" (It's a chain out here) And they said, 'yup' and looked impressed. I told them "I used to be fat" and they laughed so hard I was shocked. Maybe I should have showed them my excess skin or stretchmarks. THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE ME! I've also become the 'hot chick' at my hubby's work and I've noticed that men are much more accomidating to thin women (in stores and such . . . ). It's amazing!

Pick a couple wholesome activities (going to the park, swimming, painting, etc.) and have the kids hold up pictures until the other kids guess what the activity is. For example, if it was going to the park then you would have the first child hold up a picture of a tree. Then the second child would hold up a picture of grass (make them hard/vauge to begin with) and then a sandbox, slide, and so forth. After you do a couple activities you can lead into them being 'wholesome' and why they're wholesome and what they do with their families that brings them closer together.
Just an idea.

I would probaby stress their coming up with ideas of their own, something besides TV, Nintendo, etc. My kids love making treasure hunts....where each place has a clue and leads you to the next place....
sounds like a tough lesson though....

Too funny Sherrie...you'll have to write it down so you don't forget it.
My 10 year old Eli says funny stuff all the time....he thinks sideways we say....and once at Stake conference he was asking about the Stake President, who was over him, who was that guys boss, etc. and we pretty much worked our way through all the leaders right to the prophet, with my explaining how important their jobs are.
Eli looks at me and said, "Well, we are REALLY the most important in the church, because without us, none of them would even have a job!"

At my 8 year olds football practice yesterday, my 5 year old told me "mom, I love your bat wings, they are easier to hold onto then your hands. without your bat wings, you wouldnt be my mom." Well, the innocence of children - at least someone likes them!!!
