My Friend started by locking her computer up. one with a pass word and a key lol. Lots of prays preisthood blessing helps one go threw this. If your love one had cancer you go see the appropreate person. this is the same with the bishop. Lots of love and Prayers held hand with a very close friend threw the same thing.

If I didn't know better I would think you were my MIL about 5 yrs ago. You need to contact your bishop. It isn't a matter of embarrassing him. this is against church doctrine. Against the law. And surely against the faithfullness of your marriage. My MIL went threw the same thing w/my FIL. Ony he didn't deny it. Email me privately if you wish. Hang in there!! Love, Gala

I am posting anonymously because, obviously, this is really personal and I don't want anyone to know who I am. About three months ago I found a porn site on my husbands computer. I didn't think much of it, because sometimes stuff happens when you are surfing and you accidentally click on something, etc. So I kind of shrugged it off. Then about a month ago I found another porn site in his cache, this time it had some gay porn. I confronted him and he adamantly denied that he was looking at porn. We fought about it, but eventually he convinced me, even though how on Earth does porn get on your cache if you aren't visiting those sites? Anyway, I was using his computed this morning, and guess what? Another porn site. I know if I confront him about it he will deny it, but I don't believe him. What do I do? Honestly, it's not even the porn that bothers me so much, it's the lying and the fact that our sex life sucks because he is never interested, and if he is not going to make love to me, I certainly don't want him making love to the computer. I don't want to talk to our bishop because I don't want to embarass him, and if he just sits there and denies it, we can't make any headway anyways. Help!

Joyce, I, personally, am not involved in the Back on Track program. But I searched the internet and found some information on it. I typed in BariatricSupportCenters in search and the BSC International group is one of the choices. In that site there is a tab at the top (I think the third row down) that specifically says "Back on Track". I know that there are some in my support group that have been doing the back on track program with great results. I guess it re-teaches you how to treat your pouch and how to eat right. Good luck. Sorry I'm no more help than that. Melody

Melody, Would you mind sharing how they operate the "back on track" program? I attend a peer facilitated support group (non specific program that I run) and have considered adding another feature like a "back on track" night or something. I'm considering Weigh****chers or Jenny Craig or some such thing for the accountability. I'm also considering getting my Personal Trainer's Certification so that I am forced to LIVE in the gym!!! Great goals. I forgot to list two more goals that I have been working on. I read both the Relief Society and the Sunday School lesson each week before Sunday. I prepare myself enough that should the occasion ever arise that the teacher is a no-show, I would be knowledgable enough on the lesson to step in and give it. (although I really hope that never happens). Enjoy your nice warm arizona weather. Our Idaho weather is COLD. At 10:30 this morning the temperature outside was 1 degree. It has warmed up to 2 degrees now. With the wind chill the weather feels more like 14 below zero. I guess we need the cold to kill all the pesky critters and bugs that like to overwhelm us come spring. Have a good day. Melody

Joyce, so glad you found us again. Are you going to your support group. They might be able to give you the support you need to find out why the weight gain. My support group offers a "back on track" program to help us maintain the weight we worked so hard to lose and help us get back on the right track. Glad you found us. Melody

Great goals Melody! I actually tried out a "treasure map" for my 2006 goals. It's making the goals visible instead of just writing them down. I had a colorful poster with magazine cutouts and eral pics to represent my goals. They say that the visual is so miuch more successful and I can honestly say that for me ....this has been true! .....I have not had time to do the cut and pasting yet for another treasure map but will be doing it in a couple of weeks during my surgery recovery. ... Who says I can't start my "new year" on Feb 1st? But....here are a few of my thoughts for 2007. 1. prepare for Sundays better by reading the assigned material in the lesson study guide. 2. Listen to church cd's and music while traveling instead of ugly stuff. 3. Lose 20 pounds by May 19th (daughter's wedding in Mesa Temple) 4. Exercise 30 minutes minimum for 6 days a week. 5. Walk in two 5 K races, one 10 K race and enter one fitness event. 6. Get my Personal Trainer certification. 7. Get a new job that I'm passionate about. 8. Improve the quality of time spent with my wonderful hubby. 9. "De-Junk" my house! (one room a month) 10. Do 100% visiting teaching. ....I've already started on these! ....Isn't it fun to become better people!!! Joyce in az

I used to post on this support site before the big O.H. switch and am just now taking the time to wander around and find you again! I've missed everyone. Reintroduction: I am 4 years post-op (proximal Rny) in just a couple of weeks. I lost about 140 pounds initially and have regained about 20 pounds to put me at about 150. I'm not a bit happy about that and have looked into a revision. I have been working for over a year and a half for Dr. Terry Simpson here in Phoenix. He's a LapBand surgeon. He was going to do a revision to LapBand on me but but insurance did not approve it and having him do it for free would have involved too much of a future committment from me. ....Sooooo, I quite working for him on Jan 1st and am looking forward to having some changes in my life....... I'm kicking off the year with a big surgery the end of the month that I've been postponing forever but have needed ......it will be great to get that over with and then I can focus on the job search. I will most likely work with another Bariatric program. My hubby also had surgery and has had a bit of regain too but is still within his "healthy BMI" range! We have enjoyed doing this journey together! anyway.....just wanted to check in and see what was up with everyone. ..... wishing you all a healkthy New Year!! Joyce in az
