Alfie, when I e-mailed you privately, I made a typo. I meant to say have 24 ounces of dairy in 24 HOURS not in 24 days. Sorry. I guess my fingers were moving faster than my mind. Melody

My my my...I seemed to have lost this website for a very long time!!! I finally found you again today. Hope all is well with everyone and that your journey to be the size and have the health you hope for is going well. As for me...I had my surgery in April of 2004 and have for the last 6 months been back sliding. I don't know why but seem to have fallen into the traps of what made me need the surgery in the first place. Eating the wrong things and not doing as much excercise as I need to. I have prayed, fasted, and received a couple of Priesthood blessings but still I am not in control. Any suggestions dear friends??? Thanks ahead of time Alfie 280-Now 198 wanna be 140

Jonathan, I was abandoned by husband. He left me and our two children for a woman he had met on the internet four days before. I just had to cop with all that was going on. There wasn't anyone there to take care of the family, I had to, "pull myself up by the boot straps," as my mom kept telling me. Hope everything goes will for yourself and family. Sue

Melody, I just LOVE that song..it is too cute!! It's funny how some camp songs just trickle down through the years and the distances..sometimes a few things are left out or added to them..but they are great! Hugs Virginia aka Ginger

I feel so bad for your brother and the your family. This is a rough road to travel. We have to keep reminding ourselves that our Heavenly Father is in control and He knows what He is doing and has a plan for each of us. doesn't make it any easier though. I'll keep your family in my prayers. Melody

Assistant Ward Camp Director, WOW. Those girls can be a lot of fun. I have a camp song for you. If you've heard it then sorry for the repeat. Sing it to the tune of "Popcorn Popping" I looked out the window and what did I see? Tall, dark and handsome returned missionaries. Spring has brought me such a nice surprise, tall, dark and handsome right before my eyes. I could take an armful and choose all three, but only one for eternity, It wasn't really so, but it seemed to me, Tall dark and handsome returned missionaries. I know the girls and other children really have fun singing this one. Good luck. Melody

Hi Congradulations on your new calling. I loved camp as a youth and I kept going as a leader till after the birth of our first son (23 years ago)...when we moved to Chandler, I found out that our stake owned some property that they had camp on. It wasn't an established camp..totally primative..or well, they hauled in bathrooms and showers...but no cabins..just tents. I decided camp wasn't for me any more..but maybe with the weight-loss I'll give it another try!..have fun planning!!! HugsGinger
