I got the call

I got to talk to Richard this afternoon.
He called me back and we had a great talk.
We talked about everything from dogs to people he knows who have had the surgery.
Both Richard and I agreed that exersise is a must  after surgery.
I think it was a good thing it was just me and the animals at the house when he called.
Lee was up in the barn playing with his new welder LOL
Now he says he needs scrap medal.

Annie,  I am so glad you and Richard had such a great talk!  From experience, I know it is just so natural and easy to talk with you on the phone.  Did Richard have any other advice for success?  Exercise, yes, that's the biggie, isn't it?!  I can hardly wait to see how the surgery, combined with exercise, transforms this body of mine.  I always had such a gorgeous figure so I'm just not sure how it will go back. 

I love it that Lee was in the barn playing with his new welder...and the needing scrap metal now...I am laughing my butt off!!!  Hubby has come home with various creations...literally towing behind his truck a custom built trailer to pull his cycles and lawnmowers on when we lived in Indiana...to recently hauling home a custom built pitching cage.  He'd been clobbered by one too many line-drives by our softball girl!  hehe

I'm so glad it sounds like today was such a good day for you.  Did you see the sign you need for the new welder?! 

Annie, that is so exciting that you really got to talk with him.  I know you will think of him every time you get on that treadmill, his voice will inspire you!  Wow, what a big day for you!

So glad you got to talk to Richard. I hope that someday you will be able to tell others about your experiences with weight loss surgery. I know that you encourage each and everyone of us with your messages.

I think you should see if you can find the patterns to make shovels and rakes  and other tools into animals and he can weld them. He would be busy for days on end. then you could put them in the front yard and have a whole heard of animals and you wouldn't have to feed them.

I am so happy for you. RS seems to be an uplifting guy. I hope he left you in a good state of mind and inspired.  I know you are already inspired but a little more is always good.
