Just could not hold that rebel yell in any longer. I forgot to weigh this morning. So as I was headed to bed I thought well why not it is probably more than I think at night! Nope that last stubborn lb that I could not get to go away to give me my lst 50 lbs gone disappeared. You can bet your sweet bippy I did not look for it at all! LOL

I just can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!!

I know how excited you are ! Yippee !

I can finally claim under 200 pounds and it is exciting every day for me. The band does work - it just takes a lot of conscious effort on our parts to choose well and exercise.

It is a great day !
