can't get ticker factory to work

it gives me a message that signature cannot be more than 2 inches tall and no flash in signature. but neither of these is the case...any suggestions?

I'm not sure if this'll help, but you can't paste the HTML code into your signature.  You have to right click on the ticker you made, choose "copy," then go to where you create your signaure, right click again, then choose "paste."  Unless you've already got other stuff in your signature, the ticker should fit fine.

Mine did the same until I chose to make it small.  It accepted it then.
