I am really just starting out in this process and I am new to the area and don't know anybody down here. I really need someone to talk to that knows what I'm going though. I would really love it if I could find someone that lives near me so we could even

I work out everyday at lunch time at the YMCA at Ayrseley on HWY 49. It's right down the street from where I work. Don't know if you would be able to do lunch time. I get in a good 40 mins workout unless I have errands and then I cut it to 30 mins.
