Hi All.... sorry I haven't posted in such a long time... but I wanted to say its been one year today and am down 140#.. I have met some of my goals and can't wait to see everyone at the TR meeting... Hope eveyone had a great turkey day. I did.. didn't each much but still enjoyed some turkey and potatoes... no stuffing

but all is good.... hope to talk to you soon....
