Hey Tam: Don't worry about the diet yet. No matter what weight you see him
with . He will ask you then to lose the 30 lbs. and that will be even harder. I'm
not saying to go the other way , what I did... The last few weeks I probably
put my BMI over his 60 limit. Do you know what your BMI is? You can google
BMI calculator. Type in your height and weight and it will tell you. He said
that he prefers the patient be under 60 BMI. Mine was 61. something, if I
had to be good the last few weeks mine would have probably been at or
below that. Anyway, he told me that he would like me to prove to him that
I am serious about losing the weight as not to waste both our times. Losing
the 30 lbs. will prove that to him.
Edit: P.S. Oh, that's dumb. There is a BMI calculator right here in the site.

been checking messages. Didn't snope into other stuff...LOL

i am a new member :) and hope to get in on all the
chats and support and what not :) i had my apt on thursday
with dr pace, not my first time meeting him tho, i meet him in 2002
again in 2005 , and again in 2009, and finially in 2011 they are started
the surgury thank god :), as or right now im set for dec. possiably
earlier, but at least now the ball is rolling and a time is comming up
waiting since 2002 was a pain, sometimes literly :P
