I LOVE Lean Cuisine
Yeah, I know-- it's sick, isn't it? But I still havent had one I didn't like--- and the bag meals you throw in a pan? Very hearty and convenient!
I am probably going to burn in eternal hellfire, now.

I wish I liked it more, then my life wouldn't be so difficult. I feel the need to add a "home cooked meal" to the end of my family's day. It makes for a lot less time for myself, lemme tell you.
I made a promise to myself at the beginning of my journey that I would make a valiant effort not to eat anything that hasn't "lived" at some point or another. Fresh meats, vegetables, whole grains, etc. Along the way I convinced myself that Splenda has its roots in something real and that sugar free fudgesicles are growing on trees somewhere.
I get panicky when I read the nutritional information on a lean cuisine or similar low calories meal and see all the sodium and additives they put in it. I guess it's a quirk!!!! I also haven't eaten broccoli since reading in my low-carb 7 day recovery book that broccoli has as many carbs in it as a chocolate covered ice cream bar does.
I need help.
I see where you're coming from, but I have exactly 21 minutes for lunch, so Lean Cuisine works well. Also-- as for the sodium-- my blood pressure is terrific and I eat less than a third of the sodium I was eating three months ago, so as they say, "I'll take it!"
I prepare dinner and breakfast, but lunch is a grab and go effort. Also cost-wise-- cooking for one can be a horrific pain in the nether region unless you freeze parts-- and my freezer is already kinda full. Of Lean Cuisine! ;)
