Tali's Journey - Day 11
I just had my lunch and it was quite good. I’m so glad that I decided to go with Seattle Sutton. Not only are there meals good and nutritious, their menu is quite varied and I find myself eating things that I wouldn’t ordinarily eat, and enjoying them. For breakfast this morning I had a banana muffin and an apricot. I don’t ever recall eating an apricot before and it was good. Just now I had raw carrots with spinach dip, a tiny cup of gazpacho and a dark roll. Now, that’s a meal I would never have had on my own, but it was all tasty. From what I’ve read, the meals are on a 5-week cycle, so you don’t see the same meal for 5 weeks. I think that’s great. I don’t know about anyone else, but I generally eat the same meals over and over again. Seattle Sutton is expanding my horizons.
, but it had to be done. Better in the garbage than on my already severely bloated stomach. Changed my mind about working out though, too tired. I'll make sure I go to bed early so that I can get up early enough to workout in the morning.
Off to eat my dinner, watch a little t.v., and hit the sack.
