Garden Harvest Chips
I tried the banana ones and liked them.... but in the end decided that I could have a real banana for the same calories and get a full serving of fruit and less residual cravings.
So I gave the rest of my pre-measured bags to my business partner's 3 year daughter. Each time she came in I gave her a bag and she added some M*M's to it.... LOL

you may not be able to find 1 oz bags but you can always create your own. If the bag contains 10 servings just split it between 10 snack size bags. Then you can grab and go without eating the whole bag!

It never hurts to have a little treat now and then to keep the LARGER cravings at bay. I haven't tried those yet. When I get a chip craving I get the Lay's brand light potato chips 75 calories/oz. and tastes just like the real thing.
I also like the Quaker mini rice cakes in the different flavors. They come in single serving bags and are great when you are craving something crunchy. I think they are either 90 or 100 calories per serving. Not bad when you are counting the calories. Have a good day. Think light thoughts.
