RU keeping your program alive this weekend?
How romantic! That sounds like so much fun. I wish we had little places like that here. My week has gone actually very good. Last night dh and I went Christmas shopping and out to a buffet Chinese/Thai place. Yea, dangerous! But, I tried to keep everything in 1/2 or 1/4 c. measurements so I could come home and calculate it into points. I hardly ate anything yesterday so I had a lot of points left. My god chinese is fattening, I think I ended up using up 46 points yesterday! But, I haven't used any extra weekly allowance points so I'm good to go. I'm not gonna use anymore of them though I don't think. Think Im just going to try to use it maybe once if any, a week and call it good. It just seems like so much food!
As for this weekend, I think it will be more Christmas shopping and more house decorating. I already planned both tonights and tomorrow nights dinner so I can work around those. So I'm good to go! :) Just need to try to get in my water. It makes me remember when I was on medifast, I use to be cold all the time. Water makes me cold! And I refuse to drink warm water.
Ps..If you don't mind I would love to hear what you put in your rice salad. :)







I know ya'll will say, "Just give this stuff away to a neighbor. Blah, blah, blah. Well, I don't want to. I want to eat it ALL!!!!
Now, tomorrow I have a pot luck dinner. That should be challenging, too.
I want to be back to normal in my little cocoon house with no temptations around.
Well, gotta go take a long walk now. It's the very least I can do.

I sort of kept the program alive this weekend...got a full body workout in yesterday, which I am really happy about!
Today I did not exercise, which was planned pretty much. However I am feeling a little weird about that so I need to think up a light Sunday commitment for myself. I do like to move in some way on Sundays but walking isn't really an option now because it is freaking COLD here!!! Sad. I used to be obsessed with winter but I'm really not feeling it at the moment.
Food...within my calorie target but too much crap! I don't regret it though. Anyway I ate a lot of watercress and arugula in my homemade mango salad tonight so at least I end on a positive note.
I want the mental fresh start of January 1 NOW! Can't wait. LOL, your funny. I'm gonna try, but I have no idea how I'll do this month. So far so good is all I can say for the moment. I love it when you said "well I don't want too, I want to eat it all. " I started laughing, I vision a little kid with a hersey's behind her back while her mothers telling her "no!" hehe
