It's a low carb grainless casserole, made with ground beef (substitute chicken, turkey, or as Christa did, venison), heavy cream, cheddar cheese, eggs, and onion soup mix.  It's great for low carbers as it is fat that motivates weight loss and the servings of cream and cheese per serving end up being minimal.
