Basic help needed
wow. . .that is amazing. My aunt ended up just taking the couch out of the living room so there is really no place to sit and watch tv only the stationary bike. I am trying to convince my husband to work out with me because he has stuff in the garage but he is reluctant to give up his "me" time. Do you exercise to a tape, set routine, or just move around?
Since you said that you have been heavy your whole life, I might suggest you go to a meeting of Overeater's Anonymous, to see if what they have makes any sense to you. I have lost 28 pounds that way, and I have just joined Weigh****chers, too. I will be using their Core Plan, which involves eating from a list of healthy foods until you are satisfied. It doesn't involve counting points or counting calories. I'm trying it because I want to learn to become satisfied on less food. I've been heavy most of my life, too, and I am also a recovering compulsive overeater, having been in OA seriously for two years now. That's all the advice I have, for now. As for exercise, perhaps some of the other people on this website might be able to help you there.
