Janina....don't give up on WW yet. Do you like fruits and veggies? You might do better eating the real thing rather than the V8 fusion....lots of good veggies that are 0 points and that you can fill up on (or is that a lap band issue?) Sorry, not up on what your restrictions might be with the lap band...I keep forgetting. You may also be very carb sensitive....you might try low carb for a week and see how your weight does. Heavens, girl, a pound isn't disaster, especially if it's TOM. Today's a new day....don't be so hard on yourself.

My day:
55 minute fast walk
6:30 = EAS drink - 110 cals
10:00 = 1 high protein bar - 150 cals
1:00 = 1/2 protein bar work insane...no chance for lunch - 150 cals
3:30 = 1 bowl high protien cereal + 1/2 c soy milk - 180 cals
7:00 = 3 ounces lean ham + 1 c boiled potatoes + 1/2 c lf cheese sauce + 1 c brussel sprouts ~550 cals

D: A serving of Rotisserie Chicken no skin....Like 1.75 Cups of salad with Hidden Valley Light Ranch oh and I had 2 Laughing Cow Wedges with reduced fat crackers
And for some reason after my work out last night I came home and I ate a Low Carbie Pizza. Low carb whole wheat tortilla, sauce, low fat Mozz, Turkey Pepperoni.
All in all I still ended up eating under 1000 calories and am in the negatives because of my work out.
