Janina....don't give up on WW yet.  Do you like fruits and veggies?  You might do better eating the real thing rather than the V8 fusion....lots of good veggies that are 0 points and that you can fill up on (or is that a lap band issue?)  Sorry, not up on what your restrictions might be with the lap band...I keep forgetting.  You may also be very carb sensitive....you might try low carb for a week and see how your weight does.  Heavens, girl, a pound isn't disaster, especially if it's TOM.  Today's a new day....don't be so hard on yourself. B:  LS oatmeal (2 pts)       banana (2 pts) L:  2 c kielbasa lentil stew (8 pts) D:  leftovers from Sat. nite....1/2 pork chop (3 pts)                                                    3 oz tenderloin (4 pts)       1 cup kelbasa lentil stew (4 pts)      salad with spray dressing (3 pts)      yogurt/jello dessert (1 pt) S: (later tonight) WW ice cream bar (2 pts) Total:  29/31 points

I hate that food like V8 fusion masquerade as healthy.  NOT!  Just  marketing and loose rules....

It is 100% juice, guys! She had 8 ounces, not the end of the world. She designated its correct WW point value.  WW has worked for her to date...let us NOT forget that! One pound up ain't no thang. Even on the World's Promise to Perfection Atkins, one has reported here and there a little gain!

Neecee, I wasn't on her case about any gains, so you don't need to get like that with me.  I was just saying V8 fusion isn't a great choice.  Read the label.  I bought it once, drank it and enjoyed it, then read the label and was shocked.

'Neen!  don't cry!!!!! It sucks like that sometimes. No matter how hard you work, that's what you get once in a while.   The good news is that when you least expect it - you will have a 4# loss! Promise!!!

My day: 55 minute fast walk 6:30 = EAS drink - 110 cals 10:00 = 1 high protein bar - 150 cals 1:00 = 1/2 protein bar work insane...no chance for lunch - 150 cals 3:30 = 1 bowl high protien cereal + 1/2 c soy milk - 180 cals 7:00 = 3 ounces lean ham + 1 c boiled potatoes + 1/2 c lf cheese sauce + 1 c brussel sprouts ~550 cals

Mine wasn't a GREAT day but I am content. B: Notta L: I shouldn't have ate this but I did. I had 2 Low Fat Cinnamon Brown Sugar Pop Tarts D: A serving of Rotisserie Chicken no skin....Like 1.75 Cups of salad with Hidden Valley Light Ranch oh and I had 2 Laughing Cow Wedges with reduced fat crackers And for some reason after my work out last night I came home and I ate a Low Carbie Pizza. Low carb whole wheat tortilla, sauce, low fat Mozz, Turkey Pepperoni. All in all I still ended up eating under 1000 calories and am in the negatives because of my work out. 37 minutes on bike 20 minutes on Elliptical 11 minutes on Tredmill
