B: Coffee (I skipped breakfast this morning) L: 1 piece of Pizza (threw it up) S: S/F Carnation Instant Breakfast shake (3pts - 150 cal) D: Muscle Milk mixed in Skim Milk (6pts - 300 cal)

Total: 9pts - 450 cal

As of today, we've been accountable for what we're eating for a full month!  Congratulations guys!!

You not feeling well?  If so I hope you start feeling better.  You didn't eat much today girl.  

Well I have nooo idea what I'm eating today.  I'm a little burned out atm.  I'm still keeping on track, but feel icky with it at the same time.  So today is one moment at a time! :)

B:  egg substitute with tomato and canadian bacon

L: popcorn

D: ????

S: will be a soy latte, I'm going shopping today.  It's my fix when I'm out! :)  I'm so addicted to those things.

I was wondering the same thing as Holly. Are feeling ok, Janina? I have been soooo full today. My stomach feels like it is going to burst.  B: medium banana L: 3-4 oz cheeseburger (no bun), 4 hamburger pickle slices, 1/2c cottage cheese. 3 bites chili w/ 1tsp cheese D: 2c spinach salad w/ 10 med shrimp, 1 tbsp real bacon bits, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 2tbsp raspberry hazelnut vinagrette S: (will be) 1/2c choc brownie frozen yogurt (110 cal)

Hey Beth, Yeah, I'm okay.  I just can't eat Pizza any more.   It bothers my band and I barf it up.  I'll be alright.  Thanks ladies!!!!

(B) 8 oz. Ensure (B) 8 oz. Carnation Instant Breakfast (S) Med. Starbucks White Chocalate Mocha (my liquid splurge) (L) Campbell's Creamy Tomato soup at hand 3-20 oz. bottles of water 1 cup coffee 1-12 oz. milo's tea (D) 1 cup homemade vegetable soup (S) 1 SF chocolate pudding BACK to real food tomorrow, but think I'll take it easy.....seems like a good fill!

Well, Friday is my splurge day. Breakfast: cereal & milk Lunch: Cracker Barrel Friday Fish Fry (cod, carrots, biscuit & tea) Snack: 100 cal pack cookies Dinner: 2 chinese steamed rolls & tea Maybe will sneak in a grilled cheese sandwich...I'm really hungry & having a melted cheese craving-lol! Lisa

Neen?  you okay....????? Me? kind of a friggin train wreck all in all...foggy day, so busy at work. heavy emotive stuff, too. inter personal struggles, draining.   15 minutes of asanas early morning hi protein cappacino = 9:00 ish hot n sour soup, stir fry broccoli = 12:00ish 3:00 ish? aussie cookies...3 of them. like 130 cals each...depressed. detected flax seeds, oats...but still, wow. + 1 hot cocoa hi pro drink  BLOATED feeling....not use to this type of food. Weird sensation. home at 5:30 = 1-2 svgs chips (bad me, lent-en theory out da window) clam dip, 2 tsp??? 6:00 = 4 rum + diet cokes - strong ones. i mean stronggggg 4 oz steak, grilled + 2 c salad + 2 tsp russian dressing + 2 tsp bleu cheese + 1 svg oven fries
