What did you eat today? 3/13
WOOT WOOT! you go girl! that is alot of weight to lose, how long have you been working on it? You seem to be doing it the RIGHT way with the 1 to 2 pound a week loss, that is fantastic!

ok, i have been a bad girl today with eating so far, i was on the road all morning and had
1 bean burrito from taco bell
that is it so far, before 3 weeks ago taco bell would of consisted of 4 to 5 items depending on how hungry i was. I am STILL hungry but i held myself off enough to make it back home, i needed a filler because i was still out and about.
Now im going to go get for lunch from the kitchen:
1 banana
2 whole wheat tortillas
1/ 2 cup salsa
lettuce 4 of of boneless skinless chicken breast from steaming last night 1/8 cup of WW shreded mexican cheese yes im a mexican good fanatic!
Alright Beth! 29 lbs! Keep it going!!
Today..
so far...
6 eggs, scrambled.
Ok.. coming back in to fix this up.
b. 2 eggs w/ .18 cup of broccoli and .18 c cheddar
s. 2 eggs w/ .18 cup of romano, asiago, provolone and mozarella blend
l. (late lunch.. around 3:30) 2 eggs w/ .5 serving of shaved ham (25 cal worth) and .18 c shredded cheddar
D. 2 eggs w/ .5 serving shaved ham topped w/shredded cheddar
4 pieces of sugar free bacon (140 cal)
I know this is a lot of eggs... but I'm trying to force myself back into ketosis. After the second round of eggs I started throwing ketones. If I'm back out by tomorrow, I'll ditch the cheese but for the next few days I want to go with meat and eggs to push the fat burning.
All of this stuff did come to just about 1300 cal
