protein pdr + psyllium + nf milk, 1/2 c 150 cals 1 small protein bar 150 cals + 1/4 melon 1 cappacino hi pro drink 80 cals 1 hi protein spaghetti bolognese with 1/4 c cheese + small spinach salad + 1/2 hard egg 250 cals 1/2 pb sandwich on ezeke bread - 170 cals 100 minutes aqua aerobics + lap swim. Got there early and stayed late! 1.5 svg spaghetti red sauce with small amount italian sausage + 1 large romaine salad + 2 tsp italian dressing full fat 550 cals

Lets see what did I eat yesterday.
L: Half of a hamburger bun with some BBQ pork on it. 4 Crackers with some Crab Dip, one seriously one bite of tuna mac. salad.
D: Small bowl of Cereal.
Tonight is THURSDAY! LONG ISLAND THURSDAYS at Unos lol. Minus the Long Island for me...friends are gonna give me **** about it but they will live lol. I plan on water and a salad...or lettuce wraps, or side salad with a bowl of chili. Those are the three things I always choose from lol. I am leaning towards the chicken lettuce wraps...or salad.
