2 Tbsp oil & vinegar dressing

D: 8 oz sirloin steak (grilled outside, yummy)
mushrooms (sauteed in olive oil)
steamed asparagus
small sweet potato
S: gonna have my yogurt/SF jello dessert with FF whipped cream later

B: 1 cup fried potato's with sweet peppers & onions. L: 15 Corn Tortilla chips & 1/4 c homemade avacodo dip. S: 1.50 c of homemade chilli with venison, onions, orange sweet pepper, Veggie juice and tomato's w/green chillies. 55 0z of water drank though out the day and now a double shot of Mezcal to calm me down after the day with my daughter.
I hope it is okay for me to post on this board. I'm waiting for surgery but have to maintain a 6 month medically supervised diet to get approved. Here is what I ate today. I am diabetic so I'm counting carbs as well as calories. I'm allowed 1400 calories per day. I drink either sugar free decaffeinated tea or sugar free lemonade.

Saved most of my eating and calories for my get together events today.
2 walks: 10 blocks (1/2 mile or so) and 6 blocks (a little less than 1/4 mile)

Pre ride diet! Yahooo....what fun it is to carb load...with responsibility, of COURSE!
I had for breakfast: 1 c blueberries + 1/2 banana + 1/4 c fiber one + 1/4 c nf milk
At Sierra Nevada Brewery lunch: 1/2 grilled chicken breast + 1/2 flatbread (kind of like focacia) with hummus and a bunch of lightly dressed greens, feta cheese, cukes, tomatoes and yogurt sauce. 1 cup malted shake - shared with DD. Sierra Nevada used their very own malt - beer drinkers know who these guys are!
the other half of my lunch later in the day.
1/2 butterfinger candy bar
At the ride supper: 1 c pesto tortellini + 1 ounce bbq pork + 2 ounces great chewy bread with butter + asparagus/carrots grilled + greens lightly dressed + 1/2 c mediteranean rice salad + 1c strawberries/grapes/banana + 100% juice drink - like a mango juice thing.
We walked all over downtown all afternoon ~3 hours, shopped and tried on clothes.
