What did you eat on 4/30 ?
well we have 2 public holidays here. f30-4 was Queens (birth)Day and a lot of partying going on and nice eats. I did manage to stay within 29 points!
B: skim milk with porridge and raisins and cinnamon
L: apple and 2 bowls of homemade tomato soup, 1 small slice pizza
s: tomatoes
d: take out: chicken fillet pieces with vegetables and herbs, tiny portion of fires (yes I weighed them LOL) and 1 pita bread
s: 1 piece of Queens cake, with the cream scraped off
I totally had the idea that I partied along all day and participated in all the eating, but sensible choices made it that I stayed withtin my points limit. AND, even better: I
EXERCISED: 50 minutes of cardio at the gym 20k biking and 1 k walking (in preparation for my mini triathlon)
